One of the fastest-growing premium sportswear brands is seeking a Senior Specialist – Global Operations Finance Controller on a 12-month temporary contract to join the Global Operations Finance team. With your experience in controlling within an international environment, alongside your affinity for data-driven decision-making, and your strong accounting foundation your mission will be to bring insight and oversight to our global operations. Your Mission

• Business partner with Operational teams (Sourcing, Inbound, and Customs) to influence decisions by analyzing COGS data and delivering actionable insights.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly closing with supporting variance analysis, drive and create budget, forecasts and long range planning cycles.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, provide commentary into business performance, supporting key stakeholders in decision-making.
• Drive improvements in key COGS related ERP processes in collaboration with group accounting and finance system experts.
• Coordinate the update of standard costs and transfer prices, driving process improvements and ensuring alignment across operations.
• Ensure compliance with finance accounting policies & internal controls, support internal/external audit cycles.
• Shine a light on all key Global Operations metrics, including COGS, Inbound, Customs and Inventory.
