Introduction

Beaumier will open it's first 5* hotel in Switzerland in the Autumn of 2024, as part of its global expansion.

The Grand Hotel Belvedere in Wengen is a 5*- Lifestyle hotel existing of two historical buildings, with 90 rooms and suites, 2 restaurants and a Spa.

Your tasks

  • Ensuring cleanliness throughout the hotel
  • Management and control of the housekeeping department of up to 25 employee
    ( room attendants , public area attendants, laundry attendants, supervisors)
  • Control of guest rooms and public areas
  • Employee scheduling, coordination and control with Mirus 3.0
  • Responsibility for all operational processes of housekeeping
  • Training of apprentices in hotel management including six-monthly assessments
  • Responsibility for inventory and orders
  • Professional complaint handling

Requirements

  • An eye for detail
  • Quality awareness and flexibil
  • You are fluent in English - any other language is a plus!
  • A completed apprenticeship in the hotel and catering industry and sound work experience in housekeeping, in a 5* hotel
  • Sound experience in personnel management
  • Teamwork thoughts and desire to share your enthusiasm and knowledge
  • A positive charisma in dealing with people
  • Organized and structured way of working
  • Opera , MIRUS knowledge is a plus, but not a must
