CAN YOU MAKE THE AUTHENTIC TANDOORI DISHES. CAN YOU MAKE THE BEST TANDOORI CHICKEN??

 

  • Specialized in preparing tandoori items.
  • Ability to prepare sauces and curry preparation
  • Must be able to prepare breads and meats in the Tandoor (Indian style clay oven) oven
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
  • Garnishing and presentation of food and in new cooking techniques
  • Plan menus, Ensure quality of food and portion control,
  • Proficient with Tandoori-BBQ specialty equipment
  • Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
  • Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
  • Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Experienced (min 5+ years in a well reputed restaurant or hotel) and Qualified (preferably a diploma or a degree in Hospitality)

  • A commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants here in Switzerland is expected

  • Sound knowledge of the Indian speciality cuisine (especially Tandoor cuisine) and Indian cooking techniques in Tandoor oven.

  • Additional Language of German would be preferred
