Lonza AG (Global Engineering) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition 100% (m/f/d) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for our contingent workforce, supporting our global engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with contingent workforce managers to understand and meet specific staffing needs.
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, freelance platforms, and staffing agencies, to identify suitable candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified contingent workers.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential contingent workers for future opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics and the effectiveness of various sourcing channels.

  • qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, with a preference for experience in contingent workforce (staff leasing).
    • Ability to work at least 30% on-site in Visp.
    • Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
    • Deep understanding of contingent workforce trends and best practices.
    • Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and related roles.
    • Proficiency in English and German (minimum B2 level).
    • Proficiency in HRIS and other workforce management tools.
    • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
