Team Leader Training Academy

You have overall responsibility for the Project Execution Academy, including cost center responsibility You will lead and develop the PE Academy team You will be responsible for identifying and coordinating the training needs of the Global Project Execution Community and related functions You will design and create classroom training, e-learning and blended learning You will plan and conduct training courses for internal and external customers You create training materials and documentation You digitize new and existing training materials You are responsible for evaluating and applying new learning technologies You manage content on the LMS platform You are responsible for the development and implementation of onboarding programs
Completed degree in education, adult education, engineering, or a technical education (HF/FH) in software/mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification Experience in designing and delivering trainings, as well as in digital education Extensive knowledge in automation, project and process management Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools Strong didactic and methodological skills Strong leadership skills and experience in employee development Strategic thinking and enthusiasm for innovation Very good German and English skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
