Team Manager R&D Automation

You oversee the technical and personnel management of an R&D team of up to 10 employees in the areas of machine controls, PLC software, and visualization solutions. You are responsible for leading the development projects and lifecycle management of machine control systems, including overseeing costs and deadlines. You are responsible for the development and implementation of machine control concepts. You work closely with design and process technology teams. You handle project planning and the integration of international resources. You actively support the sales, project execution, and customer service departments with technical inquiries. You implement and lead an appropriate application lifecycle management. You develop and coach the team.
You have completed a technical apprenticeship and possess further education in electrical engineering (FH or HF). You have experience in personnel management and project management within an international environment. You have in-depth knowledge of mechatronic, automation or electrical engineering. You have good PLC programming skills or high-level language skills (vb.net, c#.net, Angular and HTML5). You possess excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, as well as internal and external contacts. You have strong written and spoken English skills.
