Your responsibilities:
As part of the global product management / marketing Oedema team, you manage the SIGVARIS GROUP's Flat Knit product portfolio
In cooperation with the local sales teams, you will identify customer and market needs, the key benefits and value of our products and contribute to planning of sales forecast and setting of pricing in the target markets
You monitor the Oedema market, interact with customers in the key markets and collect market inputs
You analyze customer needs, competitors and current and future market trends
In collaboration with the global director product management / marketing and other stakeholders you define the vision and roadmap of your products
You work closely with the product development and production team to deliver Oedema products that align with our vision, meet market needs and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard
You work closely with the marketing manager Oedema to develop the right mix of marketing communication materials
You develop a deep understanding of the Oedema indications and their treatment with flat knitted compression garments
You will support the creation of business cases and new product launches
The position involves cross-departmental collaboration with product development, sales, finance, supply chain and regulatory affairs
Your qualifications:
- You have an academic degree in business administration, marketing, textile technology, health care or life science
- You have experience in product management and project management, preferably in medical technology or in the textile industry
- You are an engaged, communicative and honest personality and you work solution-oriented and structured
- You set realistic timelines, and you always keep them
- You have strong analytical skills, and make data-driven decisions
- Your skill set should include a hands-on mentality with strong business acumen paired with textile affinity
- You can show good knowledge in presentation techniques and enjoy speaking in front of an audience
- The position will be based in St. Gallen (20% travel to be expected in that role)
- Fluently English in Level B2/C1, German would be an advantage
