Strategic partnership Manager Johnson & Johnson MedTech -Belgium
The Strategic Partnership Manager South will develop and lead the execution of a multi-year strategic plan for a defined set of Strategic Hospitals in Belgium, Brussels and Wallonia region and Luxembourg. He/she will be a key contributor to our Johnson&Johnson MedTech Vision to shape a future where medical intervention is smarter, less invasive, and more personalized and to realize our Mission to be #1 Partner for our customers.
He/she will develop in depth relationships with key hospital customers (incl. C-Suite, Procurement, Pharmacy and clinical department heads) to build enduring commercial partnerships, maximize the value for our customers by leveraging the full width of the Johnson&Johnson MedTech offering.
He/she represents the entire range of J&J MedTech products, (digital) technologies and services and solutions.
He/she will be at the centre of rallying and engaging the broad J&J MedTech organization to achieve both long and shorter term commercial goals with our strategic hospital customers contributing to our target to be #1 Growth Engine treating more patients and competing to win profitable market share
He/she will assume A-Z leadership and project management for a defined set of Strategic Customer Projects (including tenders, multi franchise partnership opportunities, capital equipment sales, (digital) solution selling etc...)
Objectives of the Position
- STRATEGIC ACCOUNT PLANNING: Drives customer engagement process to integrate customer insights into account strategies, plans, and valuable offerings that are aligned with customer needs and priorities.
- PARTNERING AND CONSULTATIVE SELLING : Develops enduring in depth relationships with key customers (incl. hospital C-Suite) and internal partners. Applies sophisticated negotiating techniques with customers, to compliantly build measurable value that leads to mutually improved outcomes. Actively uncovers commercial opportunities by cross-fertilizing across business unit and franchise borders.
- EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE: A-Z leadership and project management for a defined set of Strategic Customer Projects (including tenders, multi franchise partnership opportunities, capital equipment sales, (digital) solution selling etc...) Ensures executional excellence of account plans. Runs strategic account plan implementation by supervising progress, handling changing priorities, allocating appropriate resources, and communicating regularly with internal and external partners.
- INTUITION FOR BUSINESS: Integrates financial acuity, data, analytics, and knowledge of J&J and customer businesses to translate insights into business solutions. Handles contracting, pricing and tendering processes in the assigned accounts.
- HEALTHCARE ECOSYSTEM: Demonstrate in depth knowledge of market conditions, competitive positioning, value based healthcare principles and overall industry knowledge to position J&J as the partner of choice.
