Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Hard Services Manager to coordinate the maintenance, operation, and optimization of our facility's critical infrastructure and equipment. Reporting to the Facilities Senior Manager, this role is critical in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities –
Lead and supervise a team of technicians responsible for the maintenance and repair of critical infrastructure systems, including HVAC, electrical, WWTP, utilities and life safety systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the continuous operation of equipment and systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance activities.
- Supervise and optimize energy usage to reduce costs and improve sustainability, in line with our commitment to 100% renewable electricity.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Senior Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and implement facility improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations.
- Monitor system performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the facilities team and stakeholders.
- Manage the department's budget and inventory of spare parts and equipment.
