Lead Consultant (gn) Copilot Adoption & Change Management

The role
As SoftwareOne's Global Microsoft Center of Excellence, we identify new business opportunities and work closely with our strategic partner, Microsoft, to design innovative, efficient technology solutions. We stay ahead of technology trends, define best practices, and create architectures to accelerate solution delivery and provide faster time-to-value for our customers. Responsible for global delivery and (Pre-) sales, we define training and enablement requirements across 19 locations, impacting over a thousand employees. As a credible voice in the Microsoft space, we share our expertise at industry events and webinars.
As the Global Lead Copilot ACM Consultant, you will spearhead the development and global rollout of Copilot-related services at SoftwareOne with a focus on Adoption and Change Management. Your primary objective is to design, implement, and oversee professional services and advisory solutions that facilitate the introduction, pilot, rollout, and adoption of Copilot for Microsoft 365 across all regions. You will collaborate closely with SoftwareOne consultants to ensure the successful delivery of these services to our customers, driving innovation and enhancing productivity through AI-driven solutions. Additionally, you will design and deliver train-the-trainer sessions to equip consultants with the necessary skills and manage relationships with C-level regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
- Global Service Development: Design and develop Copilot-related professional services and advisory solutions.
- Service Rollout: Lead the global rollout of Copilot services across all regions.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and tailor Copilot services accordingly.
- Consultant Training: Design and deliver train-the-trainer sessions to equip SoftwareOne consultants.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with C-level regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for service design, implementation, and best practices.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Copilot technologies and share knowledge within the team and broader community.
What we need to see from you
Microsoft 365 Projects: Extensive experience in managing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange, Teams, Office 365, and Azure.
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: Proficiency in Exchange, Teams, Office 365, and Azure.
- Copilot for Microsoft 365: Experience with Copilot capabilities and adoption practices within Microsoft 365 applications.
- Security & Compliance: Knowledge of security and compliance standards for Microsoft 365
Language Skills: English language skills (C1+)
Adoption & Change Management: Successfully drove adoption and managed change for new technologies across diverse regions.
Copilot for Microsoft 365: Implemented and customized Copilot capabilities, driving successful pilots, rollouts, and adoption practices.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintained relationships with C-level regional and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment and success.
Training Delivery: Designed and delivered train-the-trainer sessions to equip consultants with necessary skills.
