• Ensures the development and implementation of the strategic plans on service team in China.
• Executes and meets operational and service objectives for each product line’s profit centers.
• Manages and coaches the service team.
• Builds key account management and further development in the service.
• Implements best practices, resource planning, know-how training and achievement of KPI, with in-depth reports to BU Vice President.
• Understands/respects corporate requirements for standards of performance and business, makes recommendations on service strategies or participating in strategic discussions and planning.
• Develops, manages, and optimizes service team to meet goals of customer satisfactory.
• Contributes to a smooth service profitable growth with acceptable P&L
Key requirements will include:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in service and at least five years of managerial positions in China, ideally similar target markets preferred.
• Solid and traceable experiences on managing service revenue in a multinational company.
• Excellent English communication skills including spoken English.
• Traceable project management experience.

EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree or above. MBA is a preferred.
