Responsibilities:

• Coordinate direct drop shipment activities, ensuring full compliance with Semtech’s shipping procedures and instructions.
• Collaborate with logistics providers to facilitate smooth export clearance and timely pick-up, meeting customer ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) requirements.
• Oversee Finished Goods (FG) inventory, ensuring the accuracy of inventory reports and real-time transaction updates.
• Manage overseas hubs' shipping operations in alignment with customer shipping guidelines and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of shipping and customs regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, production, and sales, to streamline logistics operations and resolve shipment or delivery issues efficiently.
• Support inventory reconciliation activities, ensuring accurate inventory counts and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in logistics performance by identifying inefficiencies and recommending actionable solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize processes.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support broader logistics operations.

Qualifications: ​

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or import/export operations (internship or co-op experience is acceptable).
• Good English spoken and writing.
• Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving skills, particularly in inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret logistics data and recommend process improvements based on KPIs and metrics.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic to intermediate English skills are an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Experience in VBA development is preferred.
