Join our dynamic team in Zürich as our Office Manager, where your role will be crucial in ensuring our office runs seamlessly and our team looks forward to coming to work each day.

Your primary objective is to provide an outstanding office experience for our employees. You'll play a crucial role in organizing a variety of events, from casual after-work drinks to multi-day company trips abroad, showcasing your creativity and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Design and execute team events, both large and small.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations, including managing equipment, supplies, and coordinating with external vendors such as cleaning services and facility management.
  • Policy & Procedures: Ensure office policies and procedures are efficient and effective.
  • Communication: Keep the team informed about office events and operations.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the CTO and location team leads with administrative tasks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Office & Event Manager in Amsterdam and the People/HR team.
You will bring
  • Education: Commercial training (KV) or equivalent.
  • Experience: A few years of experience as an Office Manager or Event Manager, preferably in a start-up environment.
  • Language Skills: A strong command of English and German is essential. Dutch or French is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Personal Attributes: An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Location: Must be based in the Zürich region, with the ability to work on-site at least 3 half-days per week, preferably 4.
