The mission
We are seeking a personable and empathetic Sales Representative / Account Executive with high energy who is fluent either in German and English or in German and Portuguese to join our award winning edtech startup, evulpo. Your primary responsibility will be to contact and engage with our clients who have signed up for our exam prep, tutoring and learning services, understand their needs, gather feedback on how our solution has helped their children in school, and promote our free trial offering.
Responsibilities

Contact clients who signed up for our services, gather feedback and promote our paid offer

Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients' needs and concerns via Call, Email or SMS

Follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or issues they may have

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback

Potential Promotion: Country Sales Manager or Head of International Sales (B2C)
Requirements

Proficient english or portuguese speaker

Exceptional (active) listener
-
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Passionate about education and helping parents and their kids succeed in school
Nice-To-Haves
-
Experience in education or edtech (e.g., worked at a school, tutoring)

Experience in sales or a related field

Knowledge of the UK or Portugal education system

After one month of onboarding you’ll be able to work independently with daily check-ins.
