A young and fast-growing team supporting its clients in all omnichannel projects (web, mobile, IoT, point of sale digitalization).

You will be part of an expert practice combining project management, user experience, front-end, back-end, and mobile development, digital marketing, and leveraging offshore teams (Mauritius, Spain, Italy, Vietnam).

• Contribute to the technical and functional design of the web ecosystem in collaboration with the project manager, business analyst, UX and creative teams, and our various experts (security, IAM...).
• Develop and maintain customers' websites and applications: integration, back-end development, front-end development.
• Lead our most advanced or innovative projects technically.
• Play a central role in our development team (CMS, Drupal team), contributing to the development and coaching of various contributors. You will also be in close contact with our offshore development and testing teams (Mauritius, Spain, Italy, Vietnam).
• Participate in ELCA's activities around digital and web projects, on various PHP Content Management Systems on the market (especially Drupal...), but you are also interested in front-end and mobile development on modern frameworks (Flutter, React, Angular...).

• Degree in computer science or communication systems.
• Mastery of PHP technologies and Symfony or Zend frameworks.
• At least 5 years of experience in web development on the Drupal CMS (or WordPress, eZpublish, Joomla, Typo3).
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, LESS, or SASS front-end skills.
• Expertise in additional frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue JS, Flutter is a plus.
• Above all, you're passionate, motivated, a pure developer, eager to share your experience and expertise.
• You are willing to evolve as a T-shaped developer, capitalizing on your Drupal expertise but ready to support other technologies.
• Good communication skills in French and English.
