Regional Assistant (m/w/d), 100 %
Deine Aufgabe:
Als zuverlässige und ausgesprochen selbstständige Fachperson koordinierst du die internationalen physischen und digitalen Meetings und nimmst aktiv mit konstruktiven Inputs teil. Als rechte Hand unseres Managing Directors Region Zentraleuropa identifi-zierst du Optimierungen in den unterstellten Regionen und erarbeitest daraus neue und realisierbare Massnahmenpläne die mit unseren internationalen Zielvorgaben im Kon-sens stehen. Weiter sorgst du dafür, dass das ermittelte Entwicklungspotential in den Märkten implementiert wird, verfolgst dies konsequent und stellst eine zeitnahe Umsetzung sicher. Du führst regelmässig Analysen durch, um die Aktualität der Projekte mit den definierten Benchmarks abzugleichen. Kristallisieren sich Abweichungen her-aus, greifst du zeitnah und unterstützend ein und setzt mit den betroffenen Business Units die richtigen Prioritäten. Als Schlüsselperson interagierst du zwischen unseren internationalen Märkten und den zentralen Unterstützungsfunktionen. Ein "geht nicht" gibt es für dich nicht – du forderst auf empathische aber konsequente Art und Weise ein und stellst eine reibungslose Geschäftsentwicklung sicher.

Für diese komplexe Aufgabe suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion sowie mit Affinität für betriebswirtschaftliche Belange. Dank deinem exzellenten Zeitmanagement sowie deinem hohen Mass an Zuverlässigkeit fällt es dir leicht auch unter Druck Prioritäten zu setzen und Deadlines einzuhalten. Du bist eine fordernde, durchsetzungsstarke und rhetorisch gewandte Persönlichkeit mit einem souveränen und professionellen Auftreten. Sichere Anwendung von Projektplanungstools, der MS-Office-Programme sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Niveau C1) sind unverzichtbar. Dir bereitet eine internationale Reisetätigkeit Freude und du gehst offen mit andere Kulturen um.
