Your team For our Functional Management team within the Operations department, we are looking for an experienced Robotic Process Automation Supporter. In this important function, you will support our specialist units in automating processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA). In this way, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring quality and significant increases in efficiency. Your role
collaborate with our internal stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation potential
development of efficient and stable robotics solutions for the partial or complete automation of banking processes
independent development of robots using Automation Anywhere and support until the successful rollout is completed
commissioning and coordination of the implementation by the UBS developers, including monitoring of the development, testing and deployment of the RPA processes
responsibility for the operation of the robots, 1st level support and coordination of bug fixes
maintenance of existing robots (incl. upgrades, extensions, bug fixes, etc.) as well as training of the robot operators
representation of the UBS Card Center AG in the global RPA community of UBS
support in the further development of our RPA processes
Your expertise
completed studies (Bachelor's/Master's) in Banking & Finance, Business Informatics, Computer Science or similar qualification
professional experience as a robot support or developer (ideally with Automation Anywhere), knowledge of business analysis is an advantage
customer-oriented, independent and initiative personality with good communication skills
programming knowledge in an object-oriented programming language is an advantage (e.g. VBA, .NET, Java, C#, Python etc.)
very good written and spoken English skills
good knowledge of written and spoken German is an advantage
