Ihre Rolle
-
Sie werden Prozesse zur Reinigung und Wiederaufbereitung von hochwertigen Lithographie-Optiken zur Anwendung in Vakuumumgebung entwickeln, qualifizieren und in die Serienfertigung überführen

dazu leiten sie die entsprechenden Arbeitspakete und verantworten diese hinsichtlich Timing, Performance und Kosten in Abstimmung mit dem entsprechenden Projektleiter

Sie verantworten die Inbetriebnahme einer Sonderreinigungsanlage sowie die Optimierung von Toolings basierend auf nasschemischen Reinigungsprozessen inkl. Überführung der Anlagen in die Serien-Produktion

Sie koordinieren dabei Entwicklungsprojekte mit internen und externen Lieferanten, beraten bei Fragen zu Reinigungs- und Sauberkeitsthemen und unterstützen vor Ort

Sie werden die Untersuchung von Oberflächen auf anorganische, organische, molekulare und partikuläre Kontaminationen anhand analytischer Methoden kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln

Sie werden Fehlerursachen bei Prozessabweichungen und Maschinenproblemen systematisch abstellen und im Trouble-Shooting-Fall unterstützen
Ihr Profil
-
ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Chemie oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet (idealerweise mit Promotion) und relevante praktische Erfahrung

Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der nasschemischen Reinigungsprozesse

Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet Oberflächenanalytik (XPS, Restgasanalyse, TOF-SIMS)

Hands-On Mentalität sowie ein hohes Maß an Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit

sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
