Your role

As part of the global Workday Team, you will be responsible for Global Workday Reporting and Dashboarding and consult, support and train direct colleagues, as well the global HR-Community
-
You will develop relationships with global process owners and subject matter experts on Reporting needs and set up the technical as well organizational structures and solutions, meeting those needs.

In this role you create new reports, identify areas for improvement for Reporting performance as well as quality and continuously research new system functionality/trends and HR best practices.

Hence, you will be responsible for projects regarding operational reporting and analytics solutions for Germany and the globe: This includes the execution of Proof of Concepts (HR-related view and WD-view), Planning of Projects / CRs in alignment with Process Owners, Creation of Design Concept, Quality Assurance, Budget Controlling, Training…

Furthermore, you will set up the organizational tasks and processes to enable and run Reporting Governance, including development and governance guidelines and more.

You will build and manage a Global Reporting Community within ZEISS and be responsible for the proper communication, improvement, and training of this community.
Your profile

Degree in the field of Business Administration, HR Management, Business Informatics or similar

Over 3 years hands on experience working with Workday
-
Over 1 year experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT), Dashboards

First experience with Workday Prism

General Project Management experience

Solution-oriented mindset

High IT affinity

Analytical and conceptual thinking

Strong in organization and communication skills

Fluent in written and spoken English

Consulting background is a plus
