Axuiom is seeling skilled and experienced Technology Transactions Lawyers to work with a diverse range of our F100 to F500 clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will possess a robust foundation in technology law, specializing in negotiating and drafting agreements related to licensing, software development, and other technology-driven transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and draft a variety of technology-related agreements, including software licenses, SaaS agreements, technology development contracts, and intellectual property licenses.


• Offer strategic legal advice on technology transactions, covering areas such as data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.


• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure technology transactions are aligned with business goals and minimize legal risks.


• Deliver entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-focused guidance in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating high professionalism and excellent business judgment.

.Qualifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.


• Minimum of 4+ years of legal experience focusing on technology transactions, ideally within a law firm or corporate legal department.


• Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian and international laws and regulations regarding technology, intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity.


• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT) is advantageous.


• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to effectively advise clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
