Research Intern / Forschungspraktikant*in Psychologie

An intern position to complete 300 working hours within in the Department of Psychology is now open. Your duties will primarily be linked to a state-of-the-art project examining the neurophysiological mechanisms of cognitive task performance in adults. The internship will begin in the summer 2024, or September at the latest (as agreed upon) and continue for a period of 3 months.

Research Intern / Forschungspraktikant*in Psychologie

• Support team in recruitment and testing efforts
• Communicate with research participants by phone, email, and in the laboratory
• Take part in data entry and data cleaning
• General work within the project

Required:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in psychology in Switzerland
• Have the right to work in Switzerland
• Motivated and interested in psychological research
• Very good command of German and English
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel

Preferred:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in psychology confirmed by the start of the internship
• Experience with or willingness to learn cognitive and/or motor assessment
• Experience with or willingness to learn use of EEG

• Experience with motor and cognitive testing, including EEG
• Work within a dynamic and friendly team
• Monetary compensation
