At the cereneo rehabilitation clinics we develop an individualised treatment programme with the aim of giving our patients back the highest degree of independence and freedom in shaping their lives, thus optimising their quality of life. We treat patients who have health insurance in Switzerland as well as international patients from all over the world.

cereneo and its sister companies support patients in the various phases of their rehabilitation following a neurological illness, from inpatient and outpatient treatment to teletherapy via digital channels.

For our newly created position, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager (80-100%) to drive our growth in the field of neurological rehabilitation. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with a focus on excellent patient care and innovative solutions.

Tasks

  • Active acquisition of international patients by processing incoming requests, pre-qualification of potential leads, preparation of quotations and CRM management.
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase patient volume.
  • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and partnerships.
  • Working closely with internal medical teams to plan patient admissions.
  • Analysing new markets and competition to identify new business opportunities.
  • Continuous updating and monitoring of the offering process in CRM.
  • Support in the development of sales documents.

Requirements

  • Basic business training (KV EFZ), Sales Manager (Eid. Dipl.) or comparable qualification, professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
  • Sound experience in sales and customer management in an international context.
  • Very good knowledge of a CRM system and MS Office programmes.
  • Highly structured and organised way of working.
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi and any other language is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamworking skills in an international environment.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and a high level of commitment.
