En tant que Commis de Cuisine, vous serez chargé(e) d'assurer la mise en place, la gestion des dressages et l'envoi des plats pendant les services, tout en respectant rigoureusement les fiches techniques et les standards de qualité de la marque Mövenpick.

Si vous nous rejoignez, vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Assurer une mise en place efficace et précise.
- Gérer les dressages des plats, garantissant ainsi une présentation impeccable et conforme aux standards Mövenpick.
- Collaborer activement avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour assurer un service de qualité.
- Suivre rigoureusement les fiches techniques pour chaque recette afin de garantir une cohérence dans les saveurs et les présentations.
- Contribuer à la mise en place et au service lors des événements et banquets organisés par l'établissement.
- Maintenir une propreté irréprochable sur son poste de travail et dans les zones de production.
- Appliquer scrupuleusement les normes HACCP en matière d'hygiène alimentaire et de sécurité.
Vous êtes LA personne que nous recherchons si vous possédez les qualités et qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme en Cuisine (AFP, CFC ou équivalent) indispensable.
- Expérience préalable à un poste similaire dans un établissement de même catégorie est un plus.
- Dynamisme, flexibilité et sens de l'organisation sont essentiels pour réussir à ce poste.
- La volonté d'apprendre et de se développer professionnellement sera fortement appréciée.
