Your area of responsibility:

• Lead, coach and develop the team, consisting of seven Product Managers fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Develop and execute the OEKO-TEX® portfolio strategy together with the team in alignment with the OEKO-TEX® vision and strategic plans
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize developments based on market feedback, business needs, regulatory change to secure product-market fit
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, such as Testing Institutes, Marketing, Legal, IT and Stakeholder Management
• Represent the Product Management Team in strategic internal meetings and towards external stakeholders
• Prioritise and coordinate features and resources across the product management team

Your profile:

• Minimum 8-10 years proven experience in product management, preferably in sustainability management or the textile industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (environmental science, business administration, textile technology or related discipline). MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Expertise in project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time. Experience with LCA and/or circularity initiatives is a plus.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and interpersonal skills, very structured in the way of working.
• Excellent communication with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional groups.
• Strong leadership skills, with fluent written & spoken English.
