Job Description:
The Data Analytics Coordinator for Brazil will serve as the main point of contact for the Brazil cluster and act as the product owner for regional data products. This role connects business stakeholders with the data team to gather requirements, set priorities, and deliver impactful analytics solutions that support decision-making across the organization.
This position requires strong leadership, excellent skills in data visualization and analysis, and the ability to collaborate with various business functions at all levels of the organization. The coordinator will ensure that analytics products align with the evolving needs of the business while fostering a data-driven culture. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing the entire data product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and ongoing optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for business stakeholders in Brazil to capture their data and analytics needs, ensuring alignment with the regional data strategy and business objectives.
- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of data products such as dashboards, performance metrics, and advanced analytics solutions that drive key business decisions
- Supports sales management with appropriate analysis, ad hoc reporting, insights and recommendations for sales and marketing.
- Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Collaborate closely with business teams, IT, and the regional Data Office team to ensure that analytics solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with regional standards.
- Support advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and data science projects, working alongside data scientists and engineers to deliver data solutions.
- Manage and track Sell Out data, acting as the liaison between sell-out connection vendors, IT, and the Indirect Channel to ensure data quality and compliance with HCC (Health Care Compliance) requirements. Maintain a robust and agile sell-out process to support business needs.
- Lead and manage special projects, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
- Prepare presentations and reports for sales conferences, meetings, and other key events, providing insights that drive strategic discussions and decisions.
- Promote data governance and data architecture best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive the adoption of analytics tools and data-driven methodologies across the business, providing training and guidance to key users to maximize the impact of data solutions.
- Track and report on the performance and usage of data products, continuously improving them based on business feedback.
- Act as a leader within the Data Insights & Advanced Analytics team, mentoring junior analysts, and coordinating efforts to achieve business objectives.
