In this role, you will:
• Working with data scientists/ai engineers and developers to identify opportunities for AI solutions and help drive their implementation on Azure.
• Manage and enhance our internal AI observability platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization.
• Implement and maintain end-to-end MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, integrating seamlessly with the observability platform.
• Develop and optimize APIs, with a focus on FastAPI, to facilitate smooth interactions between data science and the observability platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate observability features into the AI/Gen AI lifecycle, enhancing model monitoring and debugging capabilities.
• Establish and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for AI/Gen AI applications.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and enhance overall system reliability.
• Automating the deployment and management of Azure resources using tools such as Terraform and Azure DevOps
• Working with security teams to ensure that Azure resources are compliant with security policies and regulations.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Proficiency in MLOps/LLMOps tools and technologies, including but not limited to Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration frameworks.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps processes to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/Gen AI models.
• Strong API development skills, particularly with FastAPI, and a solid understanding of RESTful principles.
• In-depth knowledge of the AI/Gen AI lifecycle, with a focus on observability and monitoring aspects.
• Expertise in version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Cognitive Services to support AI workload.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience deploying AI/Gen AI models in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
