In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• The BPM Manager is accountable for the delivery and support of the SAP Business Process, functions and applications and capabilities along with associated conflict resolution of information strategies. This role will lead team members in day-to-day activities, project, enhancements and provide career development guidance.  Driving innovation, strategic thinking and the need for global information standards, tools and processes across the enterprise will be key for this role.

• The BPM Manager is required understand the cluster’s strategic plans and ensure alignment with the DTS tactical plan. Develop and manage the relationship between DTS, DTS delivery partners and business teams within the geography cluster.

• The BPM Manager is expected to lead the operational support team, managing first level support, leading projects and enhancements as wells as assigned operational tasks for the cluster. Take accountability for the efficiency of serving the cluster ensuring their requirements are handled to completion within agreed service levels.  

• Demonstrated skills in application delivery, client relationship management, strong sense of urgency in delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong communication/collaboration.

• Significant experience working with outsourced partners and multiple software/applications.

• Technical knowledge and hand-on in SAP Modules (SD, PP, MM, QM, PM & SCM) and non-SAP process in Sales and Supply Chain environment. ABAP and SAP Development experience is preferred

• Strong facilitation and influential skills required. Must display vision and resiliency.

• Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
