Main activities
Define and develop the growth strategy for Dermoscosmetics business.
Manage a team dedicated to product development and marketing activities.
Coordinate activities with the other departments (e.g. procurement, supply chain, marketing and sales).
Get insight from the Regulatory Affairs Teams to respect the regulatory guidelines per country/region.
Shape and build a selective distribution strategy across markets for the Dermocosmetics business unit.
Analyse the market situation, competition intelligence and develop the go-to-market for the Dermocosmetics division.
Identify, architect, negotiate and drive successful execution of strategic partnerships.
Shape the commercial transformation of the Dermocosmetics distribution (go-to-market, e-commerce, social selling, B2B, pricing, channels, positioning, etc-) and support the implementation of the selective go-to-market.
Provide collaboration in developing and executing a business development strategy to execute against the company's long-term vision for the Dermocosmetics division.
Support business development partnerships with Key Accounts to lead innovative distribution model and go-to-market on strategic countries.
Identify opportunities for new product development.
Shape a global strategic vision to determine relevant positioning and claims for all SKUs and ranges.
Any other special mission that may be entrusted by the Direction.
Education, Experience & Skills Requirements
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or master's degree preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in marketing and commercial roles, with a strong background in strategy development and execution.
Industry experience within Dermocosmetics or luxury skin care.
Proven track record in managing and leading a marketing team to achieve business growth and objectives.
Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and performance metrics.
Expertise in brand management and development.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer insights for strategic decisions.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop unique marketing campaigns and stay updated with trends.
Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Fluency in English, any other European language is a plus.
