As part of our con nuous development, we are looking for a skilled and mo vated person to work in the interna onal
travel industry.

• 100% Remote


• Full working shi (8:30h per day, 5 days a week)


• The weekly schedule can include Saturdays and Sundays with addi onal days off


• Night shi s - 1 week in 2 months

- Immediate start PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of emergency cases, complaints, reloca ons, etc.


• Providing a high level of support to the customers


• Review bookings with suppliers and hotels


• Resolve cases with clients and hotels


• Follow up with travel agents


• Update bookings on daily bases


• Check the system on a daily basis


• Email and phone communica on
  with clients

PERSONAL SKILLS:

• Fluent in English (wri en and spoken). Italian language is a plus


• Diploma of Higher Educa on or BTEC Higher Na onal Diploma


• Experience in tourism is a real plus


• Knowledge in online booking systems (like AIC, Goglobal, Agoda, Hotelbeds, Booking.com and similar)


• Calm and logical thinking when under pressure


• Good level of nego a ng skills


• High a en on to details


• Autonomous and self-mo vated, with a sense of organiza on and responsibili es


• Good command of communica on tools: telephone, e-mail,
  computer systems (booking pla orms)
