With more than 800 webpages and 400 partners, and yearly counts of more than 15,000 invoices, 10,000 customer queries and 100,000 students, IATA Training needs an efficient and modern IT infrastructure to operate and fulfil its mandate to develop professionals for the air transport industry.
Reporting to the Head Global Operations, IATA Training, the incumbent will drive future and existing IATA Training systems (including reporting) thus enabling IATA Training to meet customer needs and departmental commercial targets.
Systems Support
Support and administer the IATA Training Learning Management System and other related interfaces to ensure smooth operation.
Handle internal and some external support requests for the systems and platforms used (LMS, SAP, Moodle, Zoom, Salesforce, Power Bi, etc.), daily.
Escalate and follow up on issues with vendors (internal and some external) to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of tickets.
Support process documentation and knowledge sharing
Provide backup support to other team members as needed.
Carry out any special project assigned.
Course Coordination
Handle customer relationships through an impeccable understanding of IATA Training's portfolio (350+ courses available) and policies; answer any questions and provide proactive guidance to ensure high quality customer service.
Seamlessly coordinate the logistics of On-site IATA training courses in Geneva by facilitating instructors with travel arrangements, accommodation etc. Alongside, provide guidance to student on registration, course materials and other required assistance.
Issue quotes, invoices, refunds, and perform debt collection in coordination with the Finance Department. Follow up on payment processing and update the Credit Manager on aged items.
Provide backup support to other team members as needed.
Carry out any special project assigned.
Are pursuing a University Degree (preferably if you are within one year of graduation) in Business Administration or equivalent.
Have organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a persistent and positive can-do approach.
Have demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
Can work efficiently and effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Can think openly, imaginatively, and creatively and you enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
At ease with IT systems, ability to tweak, try and test and learn on his/her own.
Are computer-literate and fully familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Salesforce, LMS, SCORM and PowerBi are considered as assets.
Have a strong sales and customer service orientation.
Are fluent in English (verbal & written) language. Knowing other languages would be an asset.
