Your tasks

• Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies that support the company’s objectives and ensure operational and financial goals are met
• Supply Chain Systems: Implement supply chain system in line with company’s ambitious growth plans (define requirements, select vendor, drive implementation)
• Supplier Management: Manage and negotiate with suppliers to secure goods and services at optimal prices, ensuring quality and reliability
• Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring they are maintained efficiently to meet production demands while minimizing excess
• Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to optimize the flow of goods and reduce costs
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes that enhance efficiency and reduce waste

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, with a solid track record in managing complex supply chains
• Proficient in supply chain management software & systems with proven implementation experience
• Demonstrated experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and negotiation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions
• Deep understanding of the legal, compliance, and regulatory issues related to supply chain management
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Good language skills in German and English (spoken and written)
