As On’s Director of Apparel Operations, you are responsible for streamlining Apparel operations end-to-end, from product ideation, creation to delivery to final customers. You embed yourself seamlessly into existing cross-functional teams with the aim to optimize speed to market, and drive operational excellence, alignment, accountability and transparent communication at every stage of the Apparel journey. You have deep knowledge of the whole creation-to-market process, deep understanding of operational processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for guiding teams towards a common purpose and goals.

Your Mission

• Responsible for end-to-end Operations of On’s Apparel category; from Product Creation, including ideation, design, development, production, planning and launch, up to the delivery to customers
• Drive efficiency and alignment across every stage of the apparel journey and ensure cross-functional collaboration across Product Strategy, Development, Design, Demand / Supply Planning, Sourcing, Logistics and Commercial teams
• Evolve / define / streamline product calendars to improve speed to market and hold all stakeholders accountable for their deadlines
• Evaluate product allocation, motivate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines, and ensure all-around alignment in the creation-to-market process
• Tracking launch progress by defining and setting up measurement milestones, metrics and KPIs for launching collections and seasonal initiatives
• Be the voice of operational excellence at line reviews, give visibility on operational tracking by presenting and visualizing data
• Communicate operational information transparently to all stakeholders involved in On’s Apparel category
• As part of a cross-functional team, foster a culture of entrepreneurship, collaboration and inclusivity
• As a key leader in On's extended leadership team, champion, safeguard and evolve On's unique culture, as we continue to grow and ignite more human spirits through movement
