Role Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a UX Designer to join our family of talented people in the Sales Optimisation team.

The UX Designer will support the design and development of great online journeys for our customers to drive growth and customer satisfaction. You’ll thrive on understanding how customers think and behave online and will build that into the discovery stages through to final design.

In performing this role, your core duties and responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

Support our digital UX functions, including all areas of digital product design, from user research to producing low-fi sketches and prototypes, through to high quality fully interactive, responsive wireframes.

Collaborate with team members and product managers to understand customer needs and translate them into effective UI designs.

Help to maintain our design system to ensure brand consistency across all interfaces

Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to address and solve issues or challenges that arise.

Carry out tasks with a high attention to detail to ensure that work is completed to a high level of quality.

Adapt to new situations and embrace technologies quickly and effectively.

Manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.

About You

To be a success in this role, you will have a passion for pets, and experience or knowledge of the Animal Health industry would be an advantage.

Previous knowledge of design Software Proficiency: Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Miro would be desirable.

Knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD) Expertise: Deep understanding of UCD principles and UX methodologies desirable.

You will be able to demonstrate innovative thinking and creativity in problem-solving.

You will be able to executes work with meticulous attention to detail.

You will have the ability to handle a wide range of projects, from ambiguous to well-defined, simple to complex, and leading them from concept to completion.

You will be confident in working independently and making informed decisions however also a effective team player with strong collaborative skills when required.

Our Ways of Working

The role will be based at Allianz Ditton Park, Riding Court Road, Datchet SL3 9LL.

Our office with flex model means that you will have the opportunity to work from home as well as the office. As a hybrid worker you will be in the office between 2 and 16 days per month depending on individual and business need. This will be discussed at interview stage
