Das kannst du bewirken:
Im Team «Product Care» analysierst und optimierst Du Komponenten für sich im Markt befindliche Beatmungsgeräte und deren Zubehörprodukte und Verbrauchsartikel. Du begleitest die Produkte während ihrem Lebenszyklus als Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams von der Markteinführung bis zur Abkündigung. Du gewährleistest, dass die Produkte bezüglich Qualität und Kosten unseren hohen Standards entsprechen und bist in engem Kontakt zu internen und externen Lieferanten.
Du arbeitest in einem jungen und dynamischen Team, welches sich aus Fachspezialisten der Disziplinen Mechanik und Elektrotechnik, Werkzeugtechnik zusammensetzt. In diesem Team bist Du verantwortlich für die Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produkte und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag in der Patientenversorgung. Die Pflege des bestehenden Produktportfolios umfasst Aktivitäten wie Performance Optimierungen oder Qualitätsverbesserungen, die in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung und Produktion umgesetzt werden.
Technische Betreuung von Produkten im Product Life Cycle sowie Unterstützung der Produktentwicklung
Verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Root-Cause Analysen, Design-Verifikationen, Design-Tests und Value Engineering
Verantwortung für die Entwicklung von neuen Testmethoden sowie für die Durchführung von Designtestungen
Durchführung von internen und externen Zulassungstests sowie deren Begleitung

Das bringst du mit:
Studium Abschluss (BSc/MSc) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Medizintechnik, Materialwissenschaften, Feinwerktechnik, Kunststofftechnik oder vergleichbar (FH/ETH)
Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und starke analytische Fähigkeiten setzen wir voraus
Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams in zeit- und qualitätskritischen Änderungsprojekten
Vorkenntnisse im Bereich der Datenauswertung und Statistik, sowie Erfahrung mit der Testung von Produkten (von Vorteil)
CAD, PLM, ERP Kenntnisse erwünscht (idealerweise Erfahrung mit Creo, Windchill, D365)
Problemlösungsmethodik sowie Risikomanagement (FMEA) Kenntnisse
Gute Deutsch- (min. C1) sowie Englischkenntnisse (min. B2)
