To strengthen our Marketing & Sales Department, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and proactive professional to join our team as a:
Your Mission
- Identify and analyze customer needs to propose tailored solutions in collaboration with our technical team.
- Proactively prospect and acquire new customers, expanding our presence in international markets, with a strong focus on the United States.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and business growth.
- Evaluate market trends and business opportunities to refine our offerings and strategic positioning.
- Leverage marketing intelligence tools to enhance sales strategies and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Support and coordinate international sales representatives, providing them with strategic insights and operational guidance.
- Oversee the sales administration process, generating performance forecasts and analytical reports.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including promotional materials, website updates, and social media strategies.
Your Profile
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer acquisition, ideally in a technical or industrial sector.
- Strong track record in building customer trust and driving revenue growth, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Expertise in digital marketing, market analysis, and CRM/ERP systems to manage customer databases effectively.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
- Independent and proactive work style, with analytical and strategic thinking.
- Understanding of international logistics and transport is an advantage.
