You care about customers? UCB does as well! As a patient-centric company, UCB is searching for the right fit for their Patient Supply Quality Control department.

As part of a project to introduce a new molecule, you will manage analytical method transfers, validation and QC readiness wihtin a regulated cGMP-compliant environment.

Your key responsibilities:

• Transfer / validate analytical tests; ensure accuracy and compliance with protocols;
• Organize transfer activities in alignment with project planning;
• Draft, review, and update validation protocols, risk assessments, and quality documentation;
• Coordinate closely with QC to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and lab readiness;
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on analytical methods, new equipment qualification, providing expertise across teams;
• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP and HSE standards; actively participate in CAPA, deviation investigations, and safety improvements;
• Promote HSE policies within the team, ensure safe lab practices, and report any incidents or near-misses to maintain a safe work environment.

What will make you successful:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with hands-on laboratory experience;
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;
• Practical knowledge of analytical methods (HPLC/UPLC, GC, KF, RMN a plus) and equipment troubleshooting; mandatory expertise in Empower software;
• Skilled in MS Office and basic statistical analysis;
• Excellent communication skills, with a solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset;
• Highly organized, pragmatic, proactive, and a responsible team player with a critical mindset.
