Product Manager Regulated Markets 80 – 100 % (f/m/d)

The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and distributes pipetting robots for the automation of liquid handling processes for a wide range of customers from the pharmaceutical and food industry, all the way to cell and DNA research.
How you can make a difference:
As a customer stakeholder, proactively drive innovation and make customers' daily jobs easier in the healthcare and life sciences industries
Gain a deep market understanding of applications in regulated markets (e.g., Diagnostic, Forensic, and Pharma) in Europe
Short-and mid-term product portfolio and roadmap development, according to strategy
Definition, prioritization, and alignment of product features, according to both market strategy and technical requirements
Manage the product life cycle across the product line and provide an ongoing review of portfolio performance
Actively participate in project teams and support the product development process up until the market launch
Maintain market knowledge, trends, competition, and customer needs, identifying and analyzing market opportunities
Collaborate closely with your Product Management and Market Segment colleagues; Engineering, Sales, Marketing Communications, and Support functions
Visit Customers, Key Opinion Leaders, and Partners, while collecting market feedback
Attend Exhibitions, Conferences, Symposia, and Webinars, as well as organize product trainings

That’s what you bring along:
Completed a scientific PhD or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, ideally with business experience (MBA/MAS or similar education a plus)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on B2B markets for the Life Sciences industry or relevant B2B experience
Experience in laboratory tasks or automated liquid handling preferred
Experience and knowledge in GxP and IVDR environments is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Well-organized and efficient in self-management
Analytical skills and the ability to work independently
Team-oriented, problem-solving attitude
Fluent in German and very good English (C1 Level) is a must
Ability to travel (approximately 20%), to meet and coordinate with the Sales team and various partners
Presence at the Bonaduz HQ is required, but remote work is possible up to 20%
