To reinforce the Sales Planning department, an extended branch of Sales that consists of Digital, Sales and Retail International teams at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a
TEAM LEADER SALES PLANNING 100%
Job description
Main responsibilities will include:
- Team Management of 4 FTE's
- Planning and Ordering of Swatch Watches, Flik Flak, Bijoux, and Straps: weekly forecast, monthly forecast (sales, shipments and production master plan), Launch (coordination, quantities), Allocation and Shortage, communication with markets, communication and coordination with other departments
- Manage, Consult, and Train all Markets with respect to Sales Goals & Launch Requirements for new Collections. New Collection Estimate Workshops with Markets. Evaluation of Market Estimates.
- Market Allocations of Limited Availability Products (numbered watches of low supply issues)
- Collateral/Merchandising Material Planning: Order Quantities (country and consolidated level), coordination/communication between departments (creation, printing, order processing), timing.
- Resolve or coordinate the resolution of all issues concerning Market Orders of Merchandising Materials
- Sales Analysis (phase in, phase out, seasonality, sell in, sell out...) : integration of these analysis in the planning process (weekly and monthly forecast, launch, estimates, CORE collection phase in/out, ...).
- Rolling 12 Months Sales, Shipment, and Production Plan (Masterplan)
- Lead Cross Organizational Meeting (Launch Review Report) to confirm status of new product launches including Merchandising Materials
- Development/Implementation/Management of all Planning Systems 1) HQ Planning System; 2) Merchandising Planning System (MPS); 3) POS Data Base; 4) Launch Planning System (LPS)
- Co-management of the Gazette Weekly Communication Platform. Control weekly articles and continuous improvement of the platform.
- Liaison between Sales and Product Management. Coordinate the Sales Department's position regarding Product Issues in Collection Development and Product Development
Profile
- Bachelor and/§or Master degree in Business Administration, Sales Management
- Experience in leadership
- Background in Planning / Sales / Supply Chain
- Advanced Excel skills (a must), OLAP knowledge is a plus
- Knowledgeable in PowerBI / SAP / other analytical skills a plus

In addition to the above, you have a customer service mindset and a flair for figures. You are proactive and independent, with a talent for organisation, communication, and project management. Furthermore, you are a problem solver, with a positive, fun attitude and work ethic.
Languages
You are fluent in English, French and/or German. Any other languages are an advantage.
