Your tasks
You can look forward to
- Creating the conditions for active social participation
- Care and support of residents in their everyday activities
- Accompanying the residents in their individual daily routines during living and leisure time
- Recognizing the individual needs of the residents
- Working and coordinating with other caregivers and maintaining contact with relatives and legal representatives
- Keeping of electronic resident documentation
- Completed training as a care specialist (Fachfrau/mann Betreuung EFZ), social worker (Sozial pädagoge/pädagogin HF) or equivalent training
- High level of social competence, self-competence and ability to reflect
- High level of motivation, sense of responsibility and openness to new ideas
