We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofManager, Operational Resilience - HASE WPB NFR UTILITY - RC


Principal responsibilities


To lead HASE WPB Business Service Owners (BSO) on Important Business Services (IBSs) in Operational Resilience (OR) Programme. You will act as a primary focal point of coordination with different stakeholders and assist in drafting OR artefacts for review and signoff by BSO.



  • Assist the BSO to refresh the IBS artefacts on annual cycle or by trigger events (e.g. post-incident review, significant business changes, new regulatory requirement etc.);


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. Process Owner, Third Party Engagement Manger, IT Service Owner, global mapping team) to ensure the IBS artefacts are up-to-date;


  • Tracking the remediation plan of Business Vulnerabilities and Technology Vulnerabilities;


  • Coordinate the Scenario Testing with BCIM team and key stakeholders;


  • Support BSOs on their Quarterly Self-assessment and Annual Self-assessment, obtain their sign-off and risk steward's comment;


  • Ensure all IBS artefacts are adhere to global Operating Instructions and procedures, also to ensure the data quality on ARIS and BSO dashboard is accurate;


  • Prepare MI for the BSO Governance Meeting, co-ordintate with relevant stakeholders to obtain inputs, arrange pre-meeting with Business, IT and Operation for material incident;


  • Follow up with 2LoD and 3LoD queries and challenges;


  • Support global landscape for Operataional Resilience programme activities.
