The ideal candidate for the Exports Administrator and Back Office Support role will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in international trade, logistics, and customer service. This individual will be responsible for managing export documentation, coordinating shipments, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the exports department.
Key Responsibilities:

Export Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for international shipments, ensuring compliance with export regulations and requirements.

Logistics Coordination: Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to international clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to shipments.

Order Processing: Process export orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt communication with relevant departments.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, coordinating with the warehouse to ensure availability of products for export.

Back Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the exports manager and sales team, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining records.

Compliance and Documentation:** Ensure that all export activities comply with legal requirements, including trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
Qualifications:

Education: A diploma or degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
