Aufgabe
Die Direktion für Arbeit (DA) sorgt für ein reibungsloses Funktionieren des Arbeitsmarktes im nationalen und internationalen Kontext. Der Leistungsbereich Arbeitsbedingungen (AB) ist für Fragen rund um den Gesundheitsschutz von Erwerbstätigen zuständig. Als Teil des Leistungsbereichs AB beschäftigt sich das Ressort Recht und Oberaufsicht mit der ganzen Breite der rechtlichen Fragen im Zusammenhang mit dem Arbeitsgesetz.
Begleitung der Eidgenössischen Arbeitskommission: Erarbeitung von Diskussionspapieren.
Rechtliche Abklärungen von Sachfragen.
Unterstützung in der Bearbeitung von Arbeitszeitbewilligungen: Abklärungen treffen und Stellungnahmen im Rahmen von Beschwerdeverfahren schreiben.
Beantwortung von Bürgeranfragen per Brief, Mail und Telefon.
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes juristisches Universitätsstudium (Master).
Sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
Rasche Auffassungsgabe.
Klare, präzise schriftliche Ausdrucksweise.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse zweier Amtssprachen.
