Global Change Lead

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and lead the development of change plans and interventions at a program level.
  • Ensure that the EWM vision and business outcomes are integrated into all our activities.
  • Establish standards for Change Management at all levels of the Program, enhancing capabilities and providing coaching/facilitation as necessary.
  • Create and support internal and external stakeholder communications on an as-needed or regular basis.
  • Manage cross-program risks related to change in partnership with Talent Acquisition Policies, Compliance & Audit.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and thought leader to the EWM transformation PMO and provide external consulting support on overall transformation strategy and execution.
  • Develop and oversee strategic change management initiatives and plans, and ensure consistent implementation across all countries through strong collaboration.
  • Educate and engage stakeholders on the impact and benefits of transformation activities.
  • Promote ownership and accountability among all managers and leaders to effectively drive core changes.
  • Ability to develop change management strategies and plans that actively engage associates at all levels, ensuring high employee adoption and minimal resistance
  • Proven practical experience in executing Change Management for large-scale and complex global projects
  • Comprehensive understanding of the legal implications involved in implementing multi-country initiatives
  • Recognized as a leader within the community of change management professionals
  • Capability to create strategic plans for change management and collaborate with the PMO and external consultancy to effectively implement those plans
  • In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, including a strong understanding of how individuals undergo change and the change process itself
  • Analytical skills for overseeing and interpreting impact assessments, as well as assessing change readiness and identifying/mapping key stakeholders
  • Familiarity with strategies and tools to address resistance and enhance change and engagement
  • Understanding of various Change Management disciplines (e.g., People, Trainings, Developments, Communications, Engagement, Leadership, and Org Design) and the ability to leverage the right capabilities and experts for impactful results on both strategic and operational levels
  • Thorough understanding of company organizational processes, issues/challenges, and procedures (preferably)
  • Proven experience in leading and/or implementing External Workforce Management Programs in global companies
  • Strong experience in engaging and facilitating senior executives, with a demonstrated ability to influence through consulting, communication, and trust-building
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to effectively implement strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational development (OD) and change management methodologies, including successful global project delivery
  • Known for strong collaboration and networking with the broader People & Organization community and other stakeholders
  • Valuable experience in external consulting and/or business leadership
  • Experience with systems roll-out related to procurement or external workforce management is a plus
  • The work will be conducted in English, so excellent command of both spoken and written English is required
  • Considerable senior professional experience in change management and organizational development, supported by broader consulting, people, and organization partnering, or related areas
  • Very good written and spoken English and German skills
