Key Responsibilities:

• Logistical Processes: Plan and execute tasks related to reference sample management and shipment orders.
• Sample Preparation: Perform aliquoting and manage the inventory of reference substances (both electronic and physical).
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to cost, quality, quantity, and schedules for all assigned tasks, and compliance with relevant SOPs, GMP, GLP, QM, HSE, ISRM & Novartis guidelines.
• Digital Initiatives: Optionally contribute as a subject matter expert.
• Documentation: Create, review, and approve raw data documents for internal and/or external customers.
• Customer Interaction: Serve as the main contact person for internal customers and provide guidance to colleagues.

Requirements:

• Education: Completed vocational training in dispatch planning, pharmaceutical development, logistics in the GMP area, or equivalent.
• Languages: Fluent in the site-specific language (oral and written), with basic knowledge of English.
• Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in global shipping logistics. Additional knowledge in analytical development or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Skills: Proficiency in software and computer tools, mastery of quality principles (GMP, ALCOA+), high organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Personality: Hands-on approach.
