On-Site Hypercare Support Printing (m/w/d) - IT-support/1st level support/German/English/Printers

Projekt / Rolle: Für unseren Kunden, ein grosses Pharmaunternehmen mit Sitz in Basel suchen wir On-Site Hypercare Support Printing.

Hintergrund:Printers in Switzerland are being migrated to a new print solution. This has some impact on the end users. To make the transition easier for them, we are looking for support to be on site to support them in case of small problems. More difficult problems can be passed on to the regular service organization.

Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in The perfect candidate is a person, who has basic PC knowledge, can follow instructions aimed at end-users and is comfortable to interact with other people.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Walk through floors of buildings with newly migrated printers and see if people need support
• Solve simple user problems and help users create tickets for more complex issues
• Hand up posters with user instructions above the printers on migration days

Must Haves:

• Basic IT knowledge & able to follow end user instructions (e.g. how to install a manual print queue on a Windows PC); no special IT knowledge required; more complex support cases are handled by Level 2 support
• FLUENT German and English speaking
• Comfortable to work with end users

Nice to Have:

• Previous end user support experience is nice to have
