Your Role

As a Business Development Intern, your contributions will directly influence the commercialization and expansion of our the company, you will principally:
  • assist the team in identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and supporting strategic initiatives
  • Support the Business Development and Marketing team in organizing and conducting a promotional flight mission in the Nordics and North America during the first semester of 2025
  • Perform communication and marketing to enhance visibility and outreach effort
     

Main Responsibilities:

Business development:
  • Support the development of business proposals and presentations.
  • Generate leads for aircraft sales
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence, benchmarking industry practices.
  • Take initiative in problem-solving and implementing creative solutions to challenges.
  • Assist in grant request preparation and request for proposal drafting.
  • Participate in strategy and business development meetings.
  • Support fundraising and other strategic initiatives.
  • Undertake administrative tasks to support the team’s workflow.
Across USA
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional flight missions in the Nordics and North America.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of flight missions and related promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to enhance visibility and outreach.
  • Undertake administrative tasks to support the team’s workflow.
  • Travel across the USA following the mission.

Your Profile

This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for aerospace, a proactive mindset, and the ability to contribute creative and practical solutions. We are seeking a confident, outgoing individual who takes initiative and thrives in dynamic environments. Your contributions will directly influence the commercialization and expansion of our business. We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for innovation and aerospace, a hands-on approach, and the ability to think outside the box.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or holding a degree in business, engineering, technology management, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in aerospace and knowledge of the industry's trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead projects.
  • Experience in event organization, marketing, or communications.
  • Enthusiasm about collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with a focus on practical execution.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
