Senior Specialist Project Management Office (80-100%)

Your responsibilites

• Provide decision support for the executive board and program management
• Close collaboration with various stakeholders across the company
• Interface management for the project planning tool Planisware and SAP
• Be the driver of project organization optimizations and automatization processes
• Check consistency for projects/programs for base data including used cost center, project type etc. and resolving issues in alignment with PMO team and Controlling
• Set up, maintenance and evolution of reports and management dashboards (PLW and Qlik Sense)
• Ad hoc analyses and presentations (PPT) for senior management or Corporate (aligned with Controlling)
• Support and drive efforts towards expanding project portfolio management and roadmapping activities and tools
• Lead and contribute to PMO and PMO-relevant Strategy projects

Your Profile

• Master`s degree in engineering, science or business administration or equivalent
• Proven track record in establishing and maintaining project, portfolio and risk management within a global organization
• Experience in regulated environment (e.g. medical device, pharma) preferred
• Ability to drive projects within a global matrix organization with various stakeholders including regular exposure to the business unit leader and executive board
• Ideally experience with Project Management tools such as Planisware and experience with SAP
• Experience working in agile project management teams and having an Agile Coach certificate or equivalent is a huge advantage
• Strong self-starter with pioneering spirit, willingness to shape the own area of responsibility and strong communication skills
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
