Responsibilities

Planning, creation and adaptation of software for SPS controls and user interfaces for retrofit-projects

Creation of test programs and plans for control systems

Execution and documentation of program tests within the scope of a standard & GMP-compliant control qualification

Preparation of system documentation

Implementation and documentation of technical commissioning and testing

Troubleshooting

Reporting of service activities

Pre-Engineering study and feasibility review according to customer specification

Hardskills

  • Professional experience in plant engineering, preferably with a pharmaceutical background
  • Profound experience in control engineering
  • PLC programming skills in Siemens, Rockwell is advantegous
  • User knowledge of a visualization system (COPA-DATA zenOn advantageous)
  • Safe handling of MS-Office and IT systems
  • Business fluent in English & German

  • Coordination ability and ability to work under pressure

  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 20%)
