Responsibilities include, yet are not limited to: Sales activities:
You conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities to support our sales initiatives to reach our goals
You are responsible to track the team's success on a monthly basis, by analysing and writing a performance report
As part of your development plan, you support the sales team with the preparation and coordination of customized sales presentations and contracts
You maintain collaborative relationships with our local tourism partners
You oversee with your reliability all sales and promotional materials, ensuring they are current and readily accessible
We count on your innovative ideas, to develop and design news sales gifts for our clients together with our Design & Creative Partner
Participation at weekly sales & marketing meetings
After your first months and training, you may take over more responsibility on new sales projects and support the team on major projects
You are responsible to keep our leads over all segments up-to-date and work closely with the event departments in both hotels to ensure our growth strategy
Customer Relation activities:
You are the key person for all on-site sales activities, such as fam trips and site inspections, from curating bespoke experiences for our international business partners to implementation and accurate follow-up
For a professional and efficient relationship management, data is key. You ensure that the CRM system is always up to date and contains all records of sales activities, customer interactions, business partners and contracts.
You will support us with your ideas and innovative mindset in implementing a new B2B programme
After a successful start, you may have the opportunity to take part in national and international sales trips and take on your own market and segments This is you
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
First experience within the luxury hospitality industry
A high professional standard of written and spoken English, basic level of German. Ideally additional languages
Ability to work effectively in teams and live a proactive, appreciative feedback culture
Sincere care for our clients and their requests and affluent, demanding customers
High level of professionalism and attention to details
Excellent listening and proactive communication skills
