YOUR TASK:

Daily Treasury:

Daily Liquidity Position, analyses and decisions to hedge Markets & Operating bank accounts ;

Organize treasury wire, monitor cash pooling and call margins ;

Daily Fx position Analysis and Investments Portfolio monitoring ;

Bank communication ;

Update Forecast with incoming flows.

Cash Forecast:

Prepare monthly cash forecast with branches and subsidiaries, consolidate and upload files in TMS.

Reporting:

Daily liquidity Reporting ;

Participate to automatization & optimization of reporting with Kyriba BI module.

Working with the Finance/Accounting team, you will also be involved in :

processing supplier invoices and Group employee expense claims (receipt, recording, payment) ;

preparing monthly closing entries ;

monthly justification of certain balance sheet accounts.

YOUR PROFILE:

Student in Master 2 treasury or business school with finance & treasury option ;

Fluent spoken and written French and English ;

First knowledge of TMS Kyriba and advanced IT/Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) ;

Similar experience will be valued, knowledge of accounting tools and supplier invoice management would be a plus ;

In Financial Markets environment precision, autonomy and reactivity are necessary, with an analytical and inquisitive mind, an eye for detail, but also able to summarise the results of your work ;

Dynamic, rigorous, organised and methodical personality with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills ;

High sense of confidentiality and ethics.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions.
